Chris May

President

Chris May is the President of Lightspeed Construction Group, joining the company in 2022. 

Chris has previously been with Comcast serving in executive roles in construction, network maintenance, engineering, engineering operations, and headend at Comcast headquarters, division, and regional levels. Chris has helped to extend, grow, upgrade, and maintain networks serving millions of passings and thousands of miles of plant.

Before working at Comcast, Chris served in leadership roles in several cable-focused and Fortune 500 telecommunication companies, engineering and operating converged networks leveraging xDSL and PON technologies.

Chris is a member of the SCTE, having previously served on the Board of Directors for the Rocky Mountain SCTE chapter. Chris has completed the SCTE Management Development Program at Georgia Tech as well as the SCTE-Tuck Executive Leadership Program at Dartmouth College and holds both a Bachelor of Science in Technology along with a Master of Business Administration degrees.

Chris brings over 27 years of professional experience and is a proud veteran of the United Sates Navy. In his spare time, Chris enjoys running, CrossFit, music, spending time outdoors, and being with his wife of 27 years and their three adult children.

Vice President, Finance

Serving in financial governance roles for over 15 years, Jason is excited about the opportunity for Lightspeed Construction Group to be a part of building the nation’s communication infrastructure. With a background in economics, Jason has served in the roles of purchasing manager, director of institutional services, vice president of finance, all the way to chief financial officer. He credits his success with applying his efforts equally between self improvement and helping others obtain their professional or personal aspirations. Outside the office you can find Jason spending time outdoors with his wife and two children.

Heather Briner

Heather Briner

Vice President, Business Operations

Heather is excited by the energy generated in business transformation, integrity renewal and growth activities. With over two decades of industry experience, Heather prides herself on fostering a deep sense of commitment and pride from Lightspeed teams. A part of the greater Lightspeed venture for 17 years and counting, Heather has aided in its transformation from a two-office operation into a multi-state, full service organization with state of the art tracking, reporting, and revenue systems. Heather strives to demonstrate her core principles of honesty, service, self-respect, and respect for others throughout her personal and professional life. A strong adherence to these values have guided her career promotions from office manager to director and beyond. When not working, Heather enjoys spending time outside with her family.

Greg Bennett

Greg Bennett

Director, Business Analysis and Reporting

Greg has learned a great deal over his 20 years in cable, predominantly as a field operations leader with one of the largest MSOs in the United States. His passion for learning, sharing, and approaching tasks as an adventure has carried him from his first job in origination production to high-speed data deployments to operations management. The last 15 years of his MSO career were spent in fulfillment, working to improve the experience for both customers and technicians while driving operational efficiencies through deployment of automated workforce, dynamic routing, and dispatch consolidation. Along the way, he successfully consolidated nine dispatch centers into a single regional support center; optimized automated workforce tools, and developed web-based solutions to improve operations and communication for over 1,600 technicians across multiple states; and improved employee opinion survey results by 50% in the first year of managing a group of 6 offices across multiple states.

Cliff lewis

Vice President of Program Management

As an industry veteran of over 30 years, Cliff has held both technical and leadership roles across multiple Cable/MSO, Telecom and Aerospace/Defense organizations.  Prior to joining Lightspeed, Cliff was responsible for all video acquisition, encoding, and compression platforms, along with content add/move/change management functions, supporting Charter/Spectrum’s nationwide linear and ABR video footprint.

Before rejoining the Cable/MSO industry in 2015, Cliff spent time working overseas, followed by working in Washington, D.C., and Colorado as a senior business and technology leader in the Aerospace and Defense industry.  In this capacity, Cliff had responsibility for product line management and program execution across commercial and US Govt. programs, focused on satellite communications, and global signals protection.

Cliff holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Information Systems and is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force and Colorado Air National Guard.  In his spare time, Cliff enjoys running, kayaking, tying flies and spending time shark tooth hunting with his wife Michelle.

BLAKE NELSON

VP & General Manager - Midwest Region

Blake leads Lightspeed Construction Group’s Midwest Team.

With more than three decades of leadership experience in both the manufacturing and telecommunications industries, Blake achieves excellence by developing strong teams and fostering partner relationships based on trust. 

Most recently, Blake led construction efforts in Comcast’s Mountain West Region.  There, his team pioneered efforts in delivering Broadband to rural mountain communities while continuing to deliver in some of the most rapidly growing urban areas in the country. Previously, Blake has led teams in Construction, Network Engineering, Project Management, Critical Infrastructure, and Operations with Time Warner Cable and AT&T. 

Blake holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy.  A proud United States Army combat veteran, Blake commanded a Mechanized Infantry Company in the First Cavalry Division.  He and his wife of 29 years have two grown sons.

ROB LIVINGSTON

VP & General Manager - Florida Region

With more than 30 years of experience, Rob Livingston has an impressive history in the telecommunications construction field. Rob began as a laborer in 1987 and has since advanced through the ranks, showcasing his dedication and expertise in the industry. Throughout his career, his roles have ranged from Directional Drill Foreman to his current position of VP/GM of Florida, highlighting his versatility and leadership skills. His people-centric approach to management, combined with his commitment to cultivating internal and external relationships, reflects his emphasis on creating a positive and growth-minded culture in the workplace. By leveraging his extensive industry experience and knowledge, Rob values the success of Lightspeed Construction Group and the growth and well-being of his employees and peers. His ability to embrace challenges and seize opportunities is a testament to his resilience and determination to foster a thriving environment for employees and customers in a dynamic industry.

KINDRA BOSCH

VP & GENERAL MANAGER - WESTERN REGION

Kindra has held several leadership positions within the cable industry across Comcast, Harmonic and Connecta-Tech. She is responsible for building engineering and construction teams tailored to optimize process, production, and analytics. Most recently, she was instrumental in successfully establishing a start-up (Connecta-Tech) launching 9 markets and developing an integrated planning and implementation tool while creating a solution for developing new OSP splicing talent within the first 2 years.

Kindra has a passion for career and leadership development through investing in recruitment and training opportunities nationally to grow new talent in the cable industry and holding board membership roles for the past ten years for Rocky Mountain WICT, Rocky Mountain SCTE and Pacific Northwest WICT chapters. She has invested in her own educational career holding a Bachelors in English Writing and Masters in IT Management.

Kindra loves spending time with her husband and three kids enjoying family game night, exploring the outdoors and beach vacations.

BONNIE LOPEZ

VP & General Manager - Eastern Region

Bonnie brings more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications sector to her role at Lightspeed. Throughout her career, she has consistently driven operational efficiency, promoted market growth, built strategic relationships, empowered employees, and enhanced customer experience. Her passion for innovation and connection has been the driving force behind her success.

Thanks to her diverse background, Bonnie offers a cross-functional perspective that allows her to achieve remarkable performance metrics in market growth and customer satisfaction. She strongly believes in building a culture that values engagement, teamwork, and safety. These values have served her well in her previous roles as Market Vice President for Cox Communications and Director of Field Operations for Charter Communications. During her tenure in these roles, Bonnie was instrumental in developing a Customer Transformation Enterprise-wide initiative focused on improving employee/customer interactions and improving technical key performance metrics.
